The Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra (codename "jinghu") is Xiaomi's most ambitious tablet to date, featuring a stunning 14-inch 3.2K OLED display and a massive 12,000mAh battery. Most notably, it is powered by Xiaomi's self-developed XRING O1 processor (3nm). Running on HyperOS 3.0 (Android 16), this firmware is essential for unbricking the device, restoring factory software, or fixing system errors.

‼️ CRITICAL WARNING: CUSTOM CHIPSET & REGION ‼️
Please read carefully before flashing:
  • Unique Chipset: This tablet uses the Xiaomi XRING O1 processor. Do NOT attempt to use generic Qualcomm/MTK tools or drivers. Only use the standard Xiaomi flashing tools compatible with this platform.
  • China ROM: The file provided below is for the China (CN) region. It does not include Google Play Services pre-installed by default.
  • Bootloader Safety: As this is a China-exclusive device with a custom chipset, DO NOT lock the bootloader if you have modified the system in any way. Locking the bootloader on a modified device can lead to a hard brick.
  • Data Loss: Flashing a Fastboot ROM will erase all internal data. Please back up your files first.

➡️ How to Flash the Firmware

These firmware files are flashed using the Mi Flash Tool. This will erase all your data.

Method 1: Flashing Fastboot ROM (.tgz)

  1. Step 1: Download the
    Code:
    .tgz
firmware file and extract it to a simple folder on your PC (e.g.,
    Code:
    C:\jinghu_rom
). Do not use a folder path with spaces.
  2. Step 2: Download, extract, and run MiFlash.exe as an administrator.
  3. Step 3: Power off your tablet completely.
  4. Step 4: Boot into Fastboot Mode by pressing and holding the Power + Volume Down buttons simultaneously until the fastboot logo appears.
  5. Step 5: Connect your tablet to the PC via USB. Click the "Refresh" button in Mi Flash Tool to detect the device.
  6. Step 6: Click "Select" and navigate to the extracted firmware folder (the folder containing the
    Code:
    images
    folder).
  7. Step 7 (CRITICAL): At the bottom of the tool, select "Clean all".
    • WARNING: Do NOT select "Clean all and lock". Since this is a China-exclusive device with a unique chipset, locking the bootloader after any system modification or with a non-original ROM could be catastrophic.
  8. Step 8: Click "Flash" to begin. The process may take several minutes.
