The Ulefone Armor 8 is a popular rugged smartphone, but many users report significant software issues over time. The most common complaints include the device becoming extremely slow and laggy, "ghost touch" or an unresponsive screen, and the fingerprint sensor completely failing to work. Other users experience severe battery drain, random reboots, or get stuck in a bootloop (stuck on the Ulefone logo). Flashing an official stock firmware is the most reliable way to resolve these software problems, unbrick a non-responsive phone, and restore all functions like the fingerprint scanner.
The firmware files below are for the MediaTek MT6771 (Helio P60) variant and are intended for use with the SP Flash Tool. These files are specifically for the "Non-EU" (Global) model.
Flashing a "Non-EU" ROM on a "EU" (European) model (or vice-versa) may cause network (IMEI) issues or brick your device. Please verify your phone's region before proceeding.
