It runs the latest HyperOS 2.0 based on Android 15. This firmware is necessary to unbrick the device, fix system errors, or manually update to the latest security patch.

‼️ CRITICAL WARNING: 4G vs 5G MODEL ‼️
Please verify your device model carefully before flashing:
  • Codename Match: This firmware is ONLY for the Redmi A4 5G / POCO C75 5G (codename "warm").
  • Wrong Device: Do NOT flash this on the POCO C75 4G / Redmi 14C (codename "lake"). Flashing 5G (Qualcomm) firmware on the 4G (MediaTek) model will hard-brick the device.
  • Build ID: Ensure your current build number starts with VGV. If it starts with VGT, you have the 4G version ("lake") and MUST NOT use this file.
  • Data Loss: Flashing a Fastboot ROM (.tgz) will erase all internal data. Back up your files first.

✅ The Requirements​

Before you begin, ensure you have the following:
  • PC/Tools: A Windows PC.
  • Bootloader: An unlocked bootloader on your device.
  • Cable: A reliable USB-C cable.
  • Backup: A full backup of your data (Flashing will wipe internal storage).
  • Software: Xiaomi MI Flash Tool installed on your PC.
  • Drivers: Qualcomm USB drivers installed.


➡️ How to Flash the Firmware​

These firmware files are flashed using the Mi Flash Tool. This will erase all your data.

Method 1: Flashing Fastboot ROM (.tgz)​

  1. Step 1: Download your chosen
    Code: 
    .tgz
    firmware file and extract it to a simple folder on your PC (e.g.,

    C:\warm_rom
    ). Do not use a folder path with spaces.
  2. Step 2: Download, extract, and run MiFlash.exe as an administrator.
  3. Step 3: Power off your phone completely. Boot into Fastboot Mode by pressing and holding the Power + Volume Down buttons until the fastboot logo appears.
  4. Step 4: Connect your phone to the PC via USB. Click the "Refresh" button in Mi Flash Tool to detect the device.
  5. Step 5: Click "Select" and navigate to the extracted firmware folder (the folder containing the

    folder).
  6. Step 6 (CRITICAL): At the bottom of the tool, select "Clean all".
    • WARNING: Do NOT select "Clean all and lock" if you are cross-flashing regions. This will BRICK your phone.
  7. Step 7: Click "Flash" to begin. The process may take several minutes.
