CRITICAL WARNING: ANDROID 16 & ARB Please read carefully before flashing:
- Unified Android 16: All regional files listed below are already on HyperOS 3.0 / Android 16.
- Anti-Rollback (ARB) Risk: Once you are on Android 16, DO NOT attempt to downgrade to any older Android 15 (HyperOS 2.0) version and lock the bootloader. Doing so will trigger Anti-Rollback protection and hard-brick the tablet.
- Cross-Flashing: You can switch between regions (e.g., CN to Global), but you MUST keep the bootloader UNLOCKED. Locking the bootloader on a non-native region will brick the device.

The Requirements

How to Flash the Firmware
These firmware files are flashed using the Mi Flash Tool. This will erase all your data.Method 1: Flashing Fastboot ROM (.tgz)
- Step 1: Download your chosen
firmware file and extract it to a simple folder on your PC (e.g.,Code:
.tgz). Do not use a folder path with spaces.Code:C:\muyu_rom - Step 2: Download, extract, and run MiFlash.exe as an administrator.
- Step 3: Power off your tablet completely. Boot into Fastboot Mode by pressing and holding the Power + Volume Down buttons until the fastboot logo appears.
- Step 4: Connect your tablet to the PC via USB. Click the "Refresh" button in Mi Flash Tool to detect the device.
- Step 5: Click "Select" and navigate to the extracted firmware folder (the folder containing the

images - Step 6 (CRITICAL): At the bottom of the tool, select "Clean all".
- WARNING: Do NOT select "Clean all and lock" if you are cross-flashing regions (e.g., flashing Global ROM on a Chinese device). Locking the bootloader on a changed region will BRICK the device.
- Step 7: Click "Flash" to begin. The process may take several minutes.
