➡️ How to Flash the Firmware (Fastboot Method)​

This process will wipe all your data. Ensure you have backed up everything important.

  1. Step 1: Download the
    Code: 
    .tgz
    firmware file and extract it to a folder (e.g.,
    Code: 
    C:\toco_rom
    ). Ensure there are no spaces in the folder path.
  2. Step 2: Download and install MiFlash Tool.
  3. Step 3: Power off your phone completely.
  4. Step 4: Boot into Fastboot Mode by holding the Volume Down + Power buttons simultaneously until you see the Fastboot logo.
  5. Step 5: Connect your phone to the PC via USB.
  6. Step 6: Open MiFlash Tool and click "Refresh" to detect your device.
  7. Step 7: Click "Select" and choose the folder where you extracted the firmware.
  8. Step 8 (CRITICAL): At the bottom right, select "Clean all".
    • WARNING: Do NOT select "Clean all and lock" if you are cross-flashing regions or using a non-original ROM. Locking the bootloader on a different region or modified system will BRICK the phone.
  9. Step 9: Click "Flash". The process will take 5-10 minutes.
