- Global (MI/EU/etc.) ROMs: HyperOS 2.0 based on Android 15 (Build starts with 'V').
- Anti-Rollback Risk: If you have flashed the Android 16 (CN) firmware, DO NOT attempt to flash a Global Android 15 ROM and lock the bootloader. Downgrading the Android version while locking the bootloader will trigger ARB and hard-brick the mainboard.

The Requirements
Before you begin, ensure you have the following:- PC/Tools: A Windows PC.
- Bootloader: An unlocked bootloader on your Xiaomi 15 Ultra.
- Cable: A high-quality USB-C cable.
- Backup: A full backup of your data.
- Software: Xiaomi MI Flash Tool (for .tgz files).
- Drivers: Qualcomm USB drivers installed.
How to Flash the Firmware
Choose the method based on the file you downloaded.Method 1: Flashing Official Fastboot ROM (.tgz)
- Step 1: Download the
firmware file and extract it to a simple folder on your PC (e.g.,Code:
.tgz). Do not use a folder path with spaces.Code:C:\xuanyuan_rom - Step 2: Download, extract, and run MiFlash.exe as an administrator.
- Step 3: Power off your phone completely. Boot into Fastboot Mode by pressing and holding the Power + Volume Down buttons until the fastboot logo appears.
- Step 4: Connect your phone to the PC via USB. Click the "Refresh" button in Mi Flash Tool.
- Step 5: Click "Select" and navigate to the extracted firmware folder.
- Step 6 (CRITICAL): At the bottom of the tool, select "Clean all".
- WARNING: Do NOT select "Clean all and lock" if you are cross-flashing regions or downgrading Android versions (A16 -> A15). This will BRICK your phone.
- Step 7: Click "Flash" to begin. The process may take several minutes.
Method 2: Flashing Xiaomi.eu ROM (.zip)
- Step 1: Extract the
file on your PC.Code:
xiaomi.eu...zip - Step 2: Boot your phone into Fastboot Mode.
- Step 3: Run the script
included in the folder.Code:
windows_fastboot_first_install_with_data_format.bat - Step 4: Type 'Y' to confirm. This will wipe data and install the ROM.
