Things You Need
Before you start, get these things ready:
- Computer: A Windows computer.
- Cable: A good USB-C cable.
- Backup: A full backup of your important stuff (the phone will be wiped clean).
- Tool: SP Flash Tool (the program to flash the file).
- Drivers: MediaTek (MTK) USB VCOM drivers installed on your computer.
How to Flash the Firmware (SP Flash Tool)
This guide uses the SP Flash Tool. Follow these easy steps:
- Drivers: Install the MTK VCOM drivers on your computer first.
- Get Ready: Download and open the SP Flash Tool. Also, open your firmware file.
- Load File: Run flash_tool.exe. Click on "Scatter-loading" and pick the MT6771_Android_scatter.txt file from the firmware folder.
- Mode Check: Make sure the list says "Download Only". NEVER use "Format All + Download"!
- Start: Click the green "Download" button.
- Connect Phone: Turn your Ulefone Armor 6E completely OFF. Push and hold the Volume Up button, then connect the phone to the PC with the USB cable to start the flash.
