The Redmi K80 Pro (codename "miro"), released globally as the POCO F7 Ultra, is Xiaomi's 2025 performance flagship. - Android 16 (HyperOS 3.0): China (CN) and EEA (Europe) ROMs (Build starts with 'W').
- Android 15 (HyperOS 2.0): Global (MI), Russia, Indonesia, Taiwan, Turkey ROMs (Build starts with 'V').
- Anti-Rollback Risk: If you are currently running an Android 16 build, DO NOT attempt to flash any Android 15 ROM and select the "Clean all and lock" option. Downgrading the Android version while locking the bootloader will trigger ARB and hard-brick the motherboard.
- Cross-Flashing: You can switch between regions, but you MUST keep the bootloader UNLOCKED if moving across Android versions.

The Requirements
Before you begin, ensure you have the following:- PC/Tools: A Windows PC.
- Bootloader: An unlocked bootloader on your Redmi K80 Pro / POCO F7 Ultra.

- Backup: A full backup of your data (Flashing will wipe internal storage).
- Software: Xiaomi MI Flash Tool installed on your PC.
- Drivers: Qualcomm USB drivers installed.

How to Flash the Firmware
Choose the method based on the file you downloaded.Method 1: Flashing Official Fastboot ROM (.tgz)
- Step 1: Download the
firmware file and extract it to a simple folder on your PC (e.g.,Code:
.tgz). Do not use a folder path with spaces.Code:C:\miro_rom - Step 2: Download, extract, and run MiFlash.exe as an administrator.
- Step 3: Power off your phone completely. Boot into Fastboot Mode by pressing and holding the Power + Volume Down buttons until the fastboot logo appears.
- Step 4: Connect your phone to the PC via USB. Click the "Refresh" button in Mi Flash Tool.
- Step 5: Click "Select" and navigate to the extracted firmware folder.
- Step 6 (CRITICAL): At the bottom of the tool, select "Clean all".
- WARNING: Do NOT select "Clean all and lock" if you are cross-flashing regions or downgrading Android versions. This will BRICK your phone.
- Step 7: Click "Flash" to begin. The process may take several minutes.
Method 2: Flashing Xiaomi.eu ROM (.zip)
- Step 1: Extract the
file on your PC.Code:
xiaomi.eu...zip - Step 2: Boot your phone into Fastboot Mode.
- Step 3: Run the script
included in the folder.Code:
windows_fastboot_first_install_with_data_format.bat - Step 4: Type 'Y' to confirm. This will wipe data and install the ROM.
