The Redmi 13C (4G) (codename "gale") is powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 processor and is also marketed as the POCO C65. Both devices have officially received the HyperOS 2.0 update based on Android 15. CRITICAL WARNING: 4G (Gale) vs 5G (Air) MODEL Please verify your device model carefully before proceeding:
- Codename Match: This firmware is ONLY for the Redmi 13C (4G) and POCO C65 (codename "gale").
- Hard-Brick Risk: Do NOT flash this on the Redmi 13C 5G / POCO M6 5G (codename "air"). The 5G version uses a different chipset; flashing 4G firmware on it will hard-brick the device.
- Brand Cross-Flashing: You can flash Redmi firmware on POCO hardware (and vice-versa) since they share the "gale" codename, but you MUST keep the bootloader UNLOCKED. Locking the bootloader on the wrong brand will result in a brick.

How to Flash the Firmware
- Step 1: Download the
firmware and extract it to a folder on your PC (e.g.,Code:
.tgz). Avoid spaces in the path.Code:C:\gale_rom - Step 2: Open MiFlash Tool and select the extracted folder.
- Step 3: Boot your tablet/phone into Fastboot Mode (Power + Volume Down) and connect to PC.
- Step 4: In MiFlash, click "Refresh" to see your device.
- Step 5 (CRITICAL): Select "Clean all" at the bottom.
- WARNING: Do NOT select "Clean all and lock" if you are changing regions or branding (Redmi to POCO). This will brick your device.
- Step 6: Click "Flash" and wait for the "Success" message.
