The Huawei Nova 5i Pro is a powerful phone, but it can get problems like the system being slow, the battery dying fast after an update, or the phone getting stuck on the logo (bootloop). Flashing a clean, official stock firmware is the best way to fix these issues. We have files for EMUI 10.1 and the upgrade to HarmonyOS 2.0.

CRITICAL WARNING: Read Carefully! - Different Models: The files are for different models. The EMUI 10.1 file is for SPN-AL00. The HarmonyOS 2.0 file is for SPN-AL10. They are NOT the same and flashing the wrong one will permanently break your device.
- File Type:There are two types of files:
- Dload Packages: The first two files are the easy ones (SD card method).
- Board Software: The last file is for factory repair only. It is extremely dangerous and needs a special PC tool. Do not use this unless you are an expert!
- Region: All files are for the C00 (China) region. This may cause network or other issues on a global version phone.
- Data Wipe: Flashing will erase all your personal data. Back up everything first.

Things You Need (For dload Method)
To flash the easy dload firmware (the first two files), you need:
- SD Card: A formatted Micro SD card (at least 8GB).
- Computer: A Windows PC to open the file.
- Backup: A full backup of all your personal data (flashing will erase everything).
- Charge: Your phone must be charged to at least 50%.
How to Flash the Firmware (Method 1)
Use this for the HarmonyOS and EMUI 10.1 files.
- Extract File: Open the correct firmware `.zip` file for your exact model.
- Find Folder: Look for the folder named `dload` (it has a big `update.app` file inside).
- Copy to SD: Copy the entire `dload` folder to the main part (root) of your Micro SD card.
- Power Off: Turn your phone completely OFF.
- Start Flash: Put the SD card in. Press and hold all three buttons: Volume Up + Volume Down + Power. Hold them until the update screen shows up. The phone will start the flash by itself.
